$125.00 American Mustang
Save a Horse. Adopt a Legend. Be Amazed.
If you're in the market for a horse, we suggest you strongly consider adopting a Wild Horse or Burro from a BLM holding facility. The Mustang is the true versatile horse bred to perfection both mentally and physically by mother nature herself. In the words of the great Craig Cameron, "The horse is perfect by nature", and the Mustang is a fantastic example of that. Adopting a Mustang gives you the chance to start with a clean slate, and you don't have to un-do the wrongs of humans. Looking for a "tabula rasa" in your next horse? Then adopt a Mustang and let us help you pick it out, pick it up and begin the gentling and training process. For more information on adoptions and on the fantastic horses see the websites below.
Comes with hard to find and custom made accessories!
2 years old, slightly used. 15" seat, 6" gullet, super light weight, comes with hard to find matching headstall, matching split reins, curb chain (no bit though), breast plate, leather wrapped stirrups and custom made flank cinch. Fleecing is in fantastic condition, seat is well padded, rigging, etc. is in excellent condition, slick leather with black suede seat. This saddle has been soaped, covered and barn kept since it was purchased, the saddle itself was constructed and purchased almost 2 years ago, the flank cinch was custom made by a different leather smith in January 2010. Hand made by J. Black out of Alabama. This is Caitie's personal barrel saddle that unfortunately no longer fits her horse. The 6" gullet will be perfect for a smaller framed horse such as a more leaner built Quarter Horse or Paint or even an Arabian. Great saddle set offered for a steal, this one was difficult to post but she'd rather buy a new saddle than a new horse.
2007 Black and White Tobiano Paint Filly, tested HOMOZYGOUS BLACK
Codys Miss Boogie, or more affectionately
known as Shelby is a 2007
filly sired by world champion Amigos Cody Bar x Sonnys Amigo Bar x TD
My Investment. Her dam Drummins Frangipani is out of the great mare
Frangipani and sired by world champion Drummin The Boogie x Skip N To
The Drum x Obsessed To Impress. Shelby is small in stature standing-at
about 13.3 hands as current-but will develop in her 4 year old year to
be about as wide as she is tall! Shelby was started under saddle just
this winter and is coming along nicely. She has been handled since
birth and has learned a ton of ground work training. Shelby is willing
and quiet. This filly has a fantastically sound mind. Her first ride
she offered ZERO buck and moved out super nicely and has offered
nothing but her whole heart since. Shelby has been exposed to trails
and shows and has shown little to no spook whatsoever. She has been
shown in halter/showmanship classes where she's taken home ribbons.
This filly's pattern is beautiful and don't forget that she is tested
homozygous black (EE) meaning that she will always, always, always
throw foals with a black base coat no matter what color the sire is.
This filly is bred out the wazoo with paint performance lines, see her
sire, dam, grand sire, grand dam and siblings at http://lakeshastapaints.com.
Shelby is located in Holly Springs, Georgia (Make no mistake, her price
will go up with
continued training. Her bloodline alone makes her worth her price and
more). HYPP N/N. Selling to approved home only.
Comes with nicely fitted
blue cover. This saddle is a nice starter for someone just getting into
the English riding discipline. It's in fantastic condition and is being
listed for one our friends. Does NOT come with stirrups, irons,
girth, or pad-this is just the saddle.
2000 Sorrel and White Tobiano Paint Mare.
Comet has been through all of the ground work exercises and she rides
like a dream. We were told when she first came to us that she'd been
started tracking cattle, but since we've had her she's mostly been used
as a trail/pleasure horse. She is definitely a warrior type mare with
very little spook in her! She has conformation and color to boot, legs
are strait and she goes barefoot. Comet backs, stands quiet while tied
and for farrier/vet work, she loads/hauls wonderfully, side steps, had a
rope thrown off of her, she picks up her leads well, has a nice
collected lope but is a real power house when you ask her to be. Comet
has a lot of potential and needs someone with some experience who could
take her to the next level. View Comet's bloodlines HERE.
